For a limited period, you can claim your bus fare when you visit our Hub for a repair, a workshop, or to collect and return your borrowed items!

We’re always looking for ways to help you to be more sustainable, whether that’s by fixing your stuff, borrowing infrequently used items or considering how you travel around the city.  So we’re really grateful for funding from Portsmouth’s Bus Service Improvement Plan, which means you can try getting to and from us by bus.

If you’d like to benefit from this offer, please follow these instructions:

  1. contact us to check that funding is still available for you to claim (call 07579 02 6568 or drop us a quick email)
  2. if the answer is ‘yes’, continue with steps 3 – 7
  3. purchase a return ticket on a Solent First bus or a DayRider on a Stagecoach bus
  4. arrive and show your ticket to us (we’ll take a photo of it)
  5. we’ll reimburse you
  6. proceed with your borrowing, repairing or workshop
  7. catch your bus home.

The City Centre South bus stops are a 2 minute walk from our unit in Cascades Shopping Centre, and the offer is valid on Stagecoach & First Bus buses. If you’d like any help or tips on using the buses, please don’t hestitate ask.
